Castello ColleMassari "Poggio Lombrone" Montecucco Sangiovese Riserva DOCG

Bright garnet with ruby reflections, this Riserva opens with a complex interplay of stewed plum, iodine, tobacco, and cocoa with a subtle animalistic edge. The palate is soft-fruited yet tightly woven, very juicy and enveloping, with fine-grained tannins that linger through a long, savoury finish. A distinguished Sangiovese that has aged beautifully in bottle.
