Insel Mariannenaue "SPRY” Sauvitage & Pinot Blanc

The OI Only Island SPRY is the main expression of Mariannenaue Island. It is a blend of Sauvitage, Pinot Blanc and Savagnin Blanc – the white Traminer from the Jura. The wine is fine-fruited, fresh and incredibly pure, with a natural flow and a lovely tension. Fermented without additives or fining and produce it biodynamically.
