Collection: Winery of the Week: The Rolland Collectiion
In May 2025, we welcomed Mrs. Dany Rolland from the Rolland Collection to Hong Kong. During her visit, we collaborated to host a series of lunches and dinners featuring exquisite wines from Château Fontenil and Mariflor.
The highlight of the series was an exclusive tasting session, where guests savored rare vintages and learned the nuances of wine appreciation. The ambiance was one of conviviality and discovery, as conversations flowed as freely as the wine, creating a sense of community among those gathered.
