Familia Schroeder Saurus Cabernet Sauvignon

Very intense garnet red colour, which denotes its maturity. The nose is complex, combining aromas of ripe red fruits, black pepper and spices. Its ageing in oak provides notes of chocolate and mocha. The palate has a very good entry, with sweet, intense and well-balanced tannins. It is a persistent, elegant wine with good acidity.
