Moscato d'Asti made with the ancient cloth filtration method which gives the Astralis an unmistakable body and aroma. It was the original method of mak- ing Moscato. Bright golden yellow, very fine bubble. On the nose: Great olfactory cleansing. Hints of ripe fruit, almost dried, of apple and cooked pear. Rich in tertiary aromas of exotic fruit, aromatic herbs and spices, such as cardamom. Marked post-nasal aromaticity. Particular floral notes of marigold, mimosa and yellow rose. In the mouth: Engaging entry and without edges. Great freshness and persistence. The fruity taste is rich, with notes of honey and chamomile. The acidity and freshness are well balanced.
