The grapes, specially chosen for this sparkling wine, were exclusively selected from our grand crus vineyards around Erbach. Through its long sur lie matura- tion, an elegant perlage is shaped into our Riesling Sekt. A fragrance play between apple, apricot and quince underlined with a stimulating minerality, make our Sekt an ideal Aperitif or menu companion.
