Ronco Del Gelso "Cabernet" Isonzo DOC

Its blend of Cabernet Franc 70% and 30% Carmenere. Subtle flavors of bell pepper, green peppercorn, eucalyptus, and even cocoa powder. Spent 12 months in Slovenian large oak barrel. Goes well with salami and cheese.
